11-01- Bob Bisher & The PNH Foundation
o Meghan Traynor lost her husband, Bob Bisher, this year to the disease Paroxysmal
Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). It's a disorder in which the most immature of the blood
forming cells in the bone marrow, the stem cells, are lacking proteins that prevent them from
being destroyed by the body. Both Meghan and Bob are pilots and I had the pleasure of flying
with Bob as his co-pilot. We all miss him terribly. Please take the time to read

12-04-2007 - Christmas Came Early! Lucky # 7
I got picked to be the 7th member of Team Race Athlete.
o Where do I begin. I got a call from Simply Stu the other day. He asked if I'd like to be the 7th
member of Team Race Athlete and recieve full sponsorship for the 2007' season on my way to
Ironman Wisconsin 07' in Madison WI. Of course I answered with a big YES.
I'll receive clothing, race hydration, training, accessories and a SWEET BIKE in my journey to my
first Ironman in Madison Wisconsin. Along with 7 other ordinary age grouper triathlete's, I'll be
able to train like a pro and see what top of the line products, coaching and support can do for a
first time Ironman. Check back for updates in training via blogs, pictures and audio. Also stay

o NEW AUDIO. 7 hr workout! Don't worry - condensed to 1 hour. I bike my first 86 miles but pay a price.
o Coach Adam from the NYC Marathon is now with RACE WITH PURPOSE. Get out and run!
o VIDEO SECTION is now updated and you'll be seeing alot more videos compliments of YouTube.
o I am laid up for now. Busted hamstring. Been on my feet for almost a week. Not good.
